1. select a product available for reserve & collect: look for Reserve & Collect next to the item on the search results page or on the product page.
2. add the item to your basket and then select the reserve & collect button.
3. view which stores have your item by entering a postcode or town name.
4. choose your preferred store.
5. enter your name and telephone number and, if you would like a confirmation email, your email address.
6. collect in-store from an hour later until the end of the next trading day.
